The master bedroom features a 150x200 cm bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. 

On the private lower floor, with over 90 m², you will enjoy a leisure area with table football, ping pong, board games, a workspace, and an additional trundle bed with two 80x190 cm beds.

This level also opens onto a private garden with sun loungers and a private jacuzzi. 

Private parking is included within the gated residential complex.

🚘We offer private transfers from Valencia Airport, Alicante Airport, and Alicante train station directly to the apartment (additional cost applies).

🗓️ Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00. 

Arrivals after 21:00 are subject to availability and incur a late check-in fee:

• 21:00 – 21:59 → €10

• 22:00 – 22:59 → €20

• 23:00 – 23:59 → €30

• From 00:00 onwards → €50

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

This apartment is considered seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana.

In compliance with current Spanish legislation on traveller registration, all guests will be required to provide a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or equivalent) before check-in. This information will be used exclusively to meet the legal requirements for registration with the relevant authorities.
